A couple of weeks back we were out at the crack of dawn to photograph Dan Holdsworth’s Landscape and Duration photographic series that featured along the course of the Great North Run. Dan’s photos were made up of long exposures, some, well exceeding an hour, making the landscapes take on a whole new eerie look. Colours would be vastly different, clouds would disappear, the Sun would look like a rocket launching into the skys and roads and landscapes would look like people had just vanished!
